Natural Stone disclaimer
Natural stones are products of nature; variations in color, pattern, texture and veining are unavoidable. The uniqueness of each stone is what makes it beautiful. Photos are a representation and colors may vary.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
All Sand & Stone products are non-refundable.
Should any items be damaged, this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.
Cancellations
If you cancel your bespoke order after we have begun to make the item, 70% of the order value will be retained.
Sand & Stone offer a White Glove Service which includes the installation of your furniture items in the preferred room. Such assistance can only take place during the delivery and not on any other desired date.

By making a payment to Sand & Stone, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions, including those related to pricing, specifications, the natural stone disclaimer, damage reporting,
delivery policies and refund terms
